Entering the Four Courts

A fine art print of Stephen McClean’s iconic impressionist-style painting of the entrance to the Four Courts on Inns Quay in Dublin.

Published in a limited edition of only 250 prints, every print in the edition has been individually hand-signed by Mary Robinson, first woman President of Ireland, and The Hon Mrs Justice Susan Denham SC, first woman Chief Justice of Ireland, to create an important and valuable Irish legal collectable which will raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Ireland and the Denham Fellowship.

The rare and historical edition has been released in association with the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Woman Lawyers Association, the Bar of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

The print marks the centenary of the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919 which enabled women to become barristers, solicitors, jurors and magistrates and acknowledges the contribution of women to the legal profession in Ireland.

This investment grade fine art print has been published to the highest standards using archival inks on acid-free cotton rag paper to create a museum quality print that will appeal to the most discerning of investors and collectors of legal memorabilia.

Available unframed or presented in a conservation, museum quality double-mount and black wood frame.
